Reign Skate automatically collects anonymous information about usage of our website. When you register/purchase with us, you voluntarily provide us with names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and other demographic information.
Reign Skate will not share or sell any of your information with companies not affiliated with ours. We will only use the information collected for the purpose of announcing products, sales, and events that we feel may interest you based on the information you have provided.
Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase delivery date.
Customer must call the shop to get return approval prior to returning any item.
-Clothing must be unused, unwashed and resellable, with all tags attached.
-Shoes must not have been worn and must include their original, undamaged packaging. Shoes that have been wore outside and are dirty are not returnable. We suggest trying both shoes on and walking around the house on carpet to determine how they fit.
- Skateboards and accessories must be new, unridden, and ungripped.

SAVE YOUR RECEIPT. All returns must be within 7 days of purchase for a cash/credit card return and 30 days of purchase for store credit. Items will not be exchanged if product was worn, used, or not with its original tags. Gripped boards cannot be returned. Sale items that are 35% off or greater are not returnable.
SPECIAL ORDERS. Require payment in full. There are no refunds or exchnages on special orders. You are responsible for all shipping charges.
LAYAWAYS-20% DOWN in cash. Deposits are non-refundable. Any deposits not used for layaway will be issued as a store credit only.
All Hardgoods returns are subject to a RESTOCKING FEE of 25%
